bentyl 5mg bula Now that spring has sprung, many people are gearing up their spring cleaning process. Spring cleaning can be very purifying + restorative. It doesn’t have to be about cleaning your window seals + getting rid of all the winter dust bunnies. It can also be about purging your professional life.
By cleansing your professional life, I don’t just mean better organizing your office. I mean electronically purging your self of things you don’t need. Here are a few ideas to get you started on this purifying process.
- Throw away old files, notes, and other documents you know you no longer need. Organize the one you do need in any easy to find filing system.
- Add cheerful items to your workspace. Be it a plant (real or fake) a piece of art, a new pen holder, or even colorful sticky notes, adding color and personalizing your workspace will help you enjoy it more.
- Clear out your computer. Delete files you know you’ll never need again or store them deep on your hard drive/cloud if you will need them, but very rarely. Get rid of applications you no longer need.
- Change your desktop background to something inspiring or peaceful. It could be a quote, dream destination or your family. My background is peaceful lavender fields.
- Update + clear out your contacts. You probably don’t need your high school lab partners phone number anymore. Only keep contacts who can help you with current/future needs or people you talk to on a semi-regular basis.
- Clean out your social media connections. Are you following a ton of people from college who have no relevance to your life anymore? I know I am + I can’t wait to clean out my connections.
- Clear out your email. This may be the hardest for people with 13,000 unread emails. It will be tedious but you’ll feel so much better when you have a much more reasonable number. Delete email folders you no longer need + emails that are no longer relevant.
- Unsubscribe. A lot of your email clutter is coming from newsletters you don’t read. Go through + update your settings to something you can manage, whether that is completely unsubscribing or cutting down from daily to once a week. The same goes for Google Alerts.
