You may have heard of the new face mask craze, one that bubbles. The mask in question is called Elizavecca’s Milky Piggy Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask. This mask works for all skin types + aims to remove black heads. The masks boasts green tea, aloe vera extract, white willow peel extract pomegranate extract, and extract powder of charcoal as ingredients (be sure to see full list of ingredients before trying-some ingredients like soy may be allergens). The mask claims that the carbonated bubbles exfoliate skin cells to bring out a healthy glow while the charcoal gets deep into your pores.
As someone who uses face masks + an ever changing array of cleansers, I have found charcoal to be a very common + useful ingredient. Of course, depending on your specific skin issues, you may want to try masks with different ingredients. Either way, I have tried this crazy bubbly mask so you don’t have to! Here is my experience.
The mask comes with a little stick to paste it on with. As soon as it touches your skin the mask begins to foam. After about 30 seconds the mask really starts to plump up. You leave it on for about two minutes + then you wash it off. It feels really thick as you wash it off but your face feel so smooth. My skin is generally pretty clear so I haven’t noticed anything in that department but my face feels so soft afterward. As far as masks go this one is a good one to have plus it has an element of fun to it. All-and-all I’d recommend it.
I ordered this product from Amazon for about $11 if you want to try it out! Just a heads up that this product is made in + ships from (at least mine did) Asia. I know some people are weird about that, especially after all the Facebook ordering fails.
