Halloween is just around the corner + there are two types of people: those who plan their costumes weeks (or months) in advance + those who are scrambling at the last-minute. While I ascribe to the former category, I am not one to get too fancy with my costumes. I prefer to use clothes I already own or at least can get come future use out of. If it is going to be a one-time piece I try to go a cheap route for those trendy pieces (s/o to Forever 21). Even if you don’t have a box of costume clothes like I do, there are Halloween costumes you can make with clothes you already own.
Obviously, you can go with the standard cat or mouse with a nice set of ears, but you won’t win any costume contests that way. As an avid TV watcher, most of most of my costume ideas come from the shows + movies I watch. I’m not revealing this year’s costume just yet, but below you’ll find some of my favorite, easy Halloween Costumes you can make from clothes you already own.
