Keto Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

I eat two cookie dough bites as a serving but you can have one or as many as you want!

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup low carb chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Stevia


  1. Microwave cream cheese and butter for 20 seconds to soften (do NOT melt butter)

  2. Mix together butter, cream chesse, peanut butter, stevia, and vanilla with a hand mixer

  3. Add in chocolate chips and continue to mix ingredients together

  4. Place in refridgerator to chill for 30 minutes

  5. Use a spoon or melon baller to make scoop ~24 cookie bites on to parchment paper

  6. Freeze for at least one hour

  7. Keep refridgerated until you're ready to eat them
